My graphics card is a bit dated though. Do you see any messages that indicate the cause of the crash? Please let us know if you have any other issues with the new update or simply how you find working with it. Only installed the new Vray version. It appears the crash happened in a plug-in called Vray. Unfortunately I can not test it, it always crashes on start up. . The tarmac is very black now for example. Using the free version for anything business related which talking about my business software Vray surely is is not permissible.Next
The result with the new version is a lot different. We have internal builds of Rhino 6 support. Thank you for letting us know about this problem. It will be supported in the next service pack of V-Ray in about a month or so. In the past the R6 version was available as the R5 version was ready. If not, we can arrange a TeamViewer session so that we can investigate further on your system. There is only so much we can do to keep supporting outdated material structure without inhibiting the advancement of V-Ray technology.
I like to stress, I did not change any settings in the file. I have forwarded the crash information to the developers of Vray. Hi Konstantin, I mailed the details already to. Uninstalled and rolled back to 3. From a user standpoint thats a pain in the neck. Hi Peter, thanks, it's working now. Our support will contact you asap.
I hope that does not mean I have to readjust hundred of material files. When will Vray work with Rhino 6. If you want you can Skype me though. Hi Pretty Picture Girl, Can you give us some more information on your issue with 3. Regards, Boris Simandoff Director Engineering Chaos GroupSounds like bad news.
