Hello Brown, I have exactly the same problems you had. Serial interfacing always ends up confusing me, so I feel your pain. I also dont have a telemetry yet. I saw different pictures when I zoomed in. For me, using DroidPlanner 2 was way more intuitive for setting up an initial mission. Already tested basic stabilization modes, and I set my objective, to land the plane on a tarmac runway.
